Delete your
account
Use the steps below to request deletion of your Fire Rescued account and associated data. This page is provided for Google Play account-deletion requirements.
How to delete in the app
- Open the Fire Rescued mobile app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Or request by email
- Email support@firerescued.com from the email address on your account.
- Use subject line: Delete Fire Rescued account.
- Include your username / registered email so we can verify the request.
Update the support email above to your real production support address before publishing this page.
Data that is deleted
- Account credentials and profile information (name, email, username, birthday, body metrics, country, role).
- Profile photos you uploaded.
- Wearable device connections (Garmin, Oura, Whoop) and synced health metrics linked to your account.
- Community content and settings tied to your account (where stored on our servers).
Data that may be kept briefly
- Security, audit, and backup logs may be retained for up to 30 days, then permanently removed.
- Records we are legally required to keep may be retained for the period required by law.
